Horsing Around On Tour

A few weeks ago I had the chance to go on my second tour with Citrus Maxima. As we made our way through four cities (NYC, D.C., Philly, and Albany) I was able to share many wonderful moments with the band.

Prior to setting out on this tour, I had a conversation with my friend Alex Brown. During our conversation about life and my upcoming tour, he asked me "What are you going to do differently this time?". It really shocked me... I had no clue how to answer. As our conversation developed he asked me to think back to the last tour and the images I made. I sat on this for a few days and reviewed the images and my time with the band. I realized I was disconnected and only photographed them when on stage. I knew what I wanted to do differently, I wanted to focus on everything but the stage and become fully immersed in the tour.
